Hello, everyone! My name is Jade Jo, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Chairwoman of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated. It is an absolute honor to be part of this incredible nonprofit organization and to lead the charge in driving positive change within our community.

As a migrant from the Philippines, I understand firsthand the challenges and triumphs that newcomers face. This personal journey has ignited a deep passion within me to make a difference and give back to those who are experiencing similar challenges. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for newcomers, helping them navigate their new lives with confidence and support.

Being a mother of three has taught me the value of family and the importance of providing a strong support system. This understanding motivates me to ensure that Lamorous Foundation Incorporated prioritizes the needs of individuals and families, creating opportunities for growth, empowerment, and community connection.

My love for tennis and dancing fuels my passion for organizing inclusive sports activities that bridge communities of diverse cultures. I firmly believe in the power of sports to bring people together, fostering understanding, camaraderie, and a shared sense of purpose. Through Lamorous Foundation Incorporated, I am committed to breaking down barriers and building bridges, creating a more inclusive and united community.

Having experienced the challenges of being a newcomer myself, I am grateful for the organizations, such as Open Doors and Filcas, that supported me during my own journey. Their impact has inspired me to showcase the positive aspects of migration and to provide newcomers with the support and resources they need to thrive.

As Chairwoman, I am privileged to serve as a conduit between Lamorous Foundation Incorporated and the people we aim to uplift. It is my heartfelt mission to welcome newcomers with open arms, offering them the guidance and opportunities they deserve. I wholeheartedly believe in the potential for transformation and success that lies within each individual, and it is my purpose to unlock that potential through our programs and initiatives.

I credit my personal and professional achievements to the incredible individuals who have cared for and supported me along the way. Hello, everyone! It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself, Thines Markinson Jo, also known as Boogie, as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated. I am excited to share a little bit about myself and the values that drive me in this role.

Tennis holds a special place in my heart, and it has been a lifelong passion of mine. The energy, discipline, and sense of camaraderie that I find on the tennis court inspire me to bring those same qualities to my leadership as the CEO of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated.

As a proud individual of Filipino descent, my heritage plays an integral role in shaping my identity and values. I hold deep respect for the traditions, values, and community-oriented mindset instilled within me. Family is at the core of who I am, and my strong family orientation guides my decisions and actions as a leader.

Having experienced the challenges of being a newcomer immigrant myself, I am no stranger to the obstacles faced during this journey. These experiences have fuelled my determination to make a difference and give back to the community that supported me. Volunteering has been a powerful avenue for me to make a positive impact, and I strongly believe in the inherent value of giving back.

Overcoming personal hardships with the support of the community has shaped my understanding of the transformative power of support and unity. Lamorous Foundation Incorporated's mission and vision align closely with my own experiences and values. I am driven to create opportunities for individuals who, like me, have faced struggles as newcomers.

Greetings, everyone! I am Manny Capulong, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated. It brings me great joy to introduce myself and share my passion for making a positive impact on the community.

I am a proud Filipino, and my cultural heritage is deeply ingrained in everything I do. Alongside my Filipino identity, I have a profound love for tennis and dancing, which bring me immense joy and inspiration. These activities not only keep me active but also provide avenues for fostering connections and promoting inclusivity.

Family always takes precedence in my life. The values of togetherness, unity, and shared experiences are at the core of my being. As a family-oriented individual, I understand the importance of strong support networks and the positive influence they have on personal and professional growth.

Volunteering holds a special place in my heart. I believe in the power of giving back and making a difference in the lives of others. One of my greatest passions is bridging communities of different cultures through sports activities. By organizing events that bring people together, I strive to foster understanding, appreciation, and a sense of belonging among individuals from diverse backgrounds.

In my role as the COO of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated, I am humbled and privileged to serve as a conduit to people. Welcoming and assisting newcomers is particularly close to my heart, as I was once in their shoes. I understand the challenges and the sense of entering a different world. 

Organizations like Open Doors and Filcas played an instrumental role in my own journey, and I am committed to paying it forward by providing support, guidance, and opportunities to newcomers.

Hello, everyone! It is a pleasure to introduce myself as Janice de Jesus-Capulong, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated. I am excited to share a bit about my background and the passion that drives me in this role.

As a newcomer to the world of tennis, I have developed a deep enthusiasm for the sport. It brings me joy and allows me to experience the value of physical activity, camaraderie, and personal growth firsthand.

Prior to joining Lamorous Foundation Incorporated, I accumulated many years of sales and marketing experience in the Philippines. After graduating from the College of the Holy Spirit, I spent 15 years in the advertising industry. Upon moving to Canada, I further expanded my skills by working in sales at Ens Toyota for almost 6 years.

Outside of my professional journey, I have been involved in the tennis community as an official for Tennis Canada and as a member of other tennis organizations. 

This engagement has reinforced my belief in the power of sports and the valuable life lessons it imparts, particularly for children. It is an honor to be part of an organization that prioritizes the positive impact of sports and its role in shaping the lives of individuals.

Alongside my dedication to Lamorous Foundation Incorporated, I also have a strong commitment to the mission of the organization. I aspire to serve others and contribute to meaningful change in line with Lamorous Foundation Incorporated's vision. Additionally, as a member of Lamorous Foundation Incorporated, I embrace opportunities to give back and express gratitude for the second chance at life granted to me by our Lord.

As the CFO, I am excited to bring my financial expertise to Lamorous Foundation Incorporated, ensuring the organization's sustainability and growth. I am committed to overseeing the financial well-being of the foundation, enabling us to continue our important work in the community.
